By making a booking for accommodation, guests warrant they have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them subject to such changes as are notified to them.
If the booking for accommodation is made through a third party, the terms and conditions of that third party also apply.
BOOKINGS
All accommodation and pre ordered extras must be fully paid for at the time of reservation by provision of credit card details.
A booking confirmation email must be obtained. If a booking confirmation email is not obtained, the booking is not confirmed.
It is the responsibility of guests to review the booking confirmation email and advise Pilgrim Blue if there are any errors or misunderstandings.
By providing credit card details, guests warrant they have the authority to use the credit card and they authorise Pilgrim Blue to charge the cost of their booking(s) and pre ordered extras to that credit card.
In the event Pilgrim Blue or a third-party operator cancel a booking, all monies paid for that booking will be refunded in full within 14 days of the date of cancellation.
The liability of Pilgrim Blue arising from any cancellations of accommodation or a third-party operator is limited to the amount paid for the cancelled booking.
CHILDREN
Children aged under 12 years are not catered for (including newborns and infants) and Pilgrim Blue reserves the right and full discretion to not accept bookings for children within this age bracket.
PETS
No pets allowed
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund of monies paid. A 50% cancellation fee applies to bookings cancelled between 7 days and 24 hours before arrival. No refund is provided for cancellations within 24 days of arrival, or in the case of a no show. Travel insurance is highly recommended
A cancellation confirmation email must be obtained. If a cancellation confirmation email is not received, the booking remains in effect.
If travel restrictions, border restrictions or business closures due to COVID-19 prevent you from visiting a full refund will be provided.
SMOKING
This is a non-smoking property and is strictly smoke free. If a guest smokes inside the property a $250 fee may be charged for additional deep cleaning.
